Sign Up Instructions for Swimming and Volunteering at Meets
How to register your swimmer for a meet:
Under the Schedules and Sign Ups tab select “Calendar” to sign up for a swim meet.
Volunteer Sign Up
- Each family is required to volunteer for one shift per meet. Our volunteer coordinators will use your preferences to plug you into a position for each meet.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes’ names.
- For EACH of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- If you are undeclared we will assume that you are NOT swimming in the meet.
- Select the appropriate events from the list shown. (Each swimmer may choose 3 individual events)
- Specify your swimmer’s availability for relays from the drop down options
- Click Save to record your choices.
* Coaches will review your event selections and at times, may switch them. If there are certain events that you DO or DO NOT want to swim at that meet, PLEASE make a note for coach in the comments section!
* Relays occur at the start and end of each meet. Coaches will assign swimmers to relays. We just need to know if your swimmer will be there for it. Once you commit, you need to stay! It affects a whole relay team (4 swimmers) if you leave early when your swimmer was chosen for a relay!
*Meet Sign Ups will close the Saturday BEFORE the meet at 11:59PM! No exceptions will be made
